Paston Surgery created a Patient Liaison Team in April 2016 to assist patients, Doctors, clinician’s and secondary care. The team’s function ranges from booking appointments to dealing with queries, communicating with clinical staff, correspondence relating to medical certificates, referrals, letters, medical reports, blood test forms, unplanned admissions, liaising with community teams, students/teaching etc
The Patient Liaison Team will also contact you with messages regarding appointments, results or any messages from the doctor.
The Patient Liaison Team is staffed from 08.30 – 18.30 Monday to Friday.
