Covid Vaccination Volunteer

Thank you for enquiring about volunteering to help with Paston Surgery vaccination programme.

Without volunteer support we simply could not have got this far with the programme and achieve a local vaccination rate that is among the highest in the country.

From September 2021, the NHS is planning a third dose of COVID vaccine. Full details are awaited but the last quarter of 2021 promises to be extremely busy! We are currently pre-planning and wish to strengthen the volunteer teams we have available to draw upon.

We are likely to be running vaccination clinics up to a few times each week with each session usually being a morning or afternoon. The extent of help needed will depend on volunteers we have available and the roll-out of the next programme.

We will need:

Vaccinating Volunteers (must have clinical experience)
Administration Volunteers (must have computer/data experience) and
Steward Volunteers (for general help).

Help will be needed at either the Practice or at Rossis Vaccination Centre.
