Patient Liaison Team

Paston Surgery has a patient liaison team to assist patients, doctors, clinicians and secondary care.

The teams functions range from:

  • Booking appointments
  • Dealing with queries
  • Communicating with clinical staff
  • Contacting you with messages regarding appointments, results or any messages from the doctor

Correspondence relating to:

  • Medical certificates
  • Referrals
  • Letters
  • Medical reports
  • Blood test forms
  • Unplanned admissions
  • Liaising with community teams
  • Students/teachers etc.

The patient liaison team is staffed from Monday to Friday at 08:30 – 18:30.
