European Immunisation Week, 23rd – 29th April
European Immunisation Week hopes to express the importance of immunisation in protecting people from deadly diseases. This year aims to increase vaccine uptake, especially since the world has been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. There will be an increased focus on making sure that people remember how important it is to have routine vaccinations, and how important it is that vulnerable people have the COVID-19 vaccination.
