Coronavirus COVID-19 has meant that we have to carry out flu clinic a little differently this year.
There will be no walk in flu day this year. All flu vaccines will need to be booked as appointments.
This year we are running our clinics on Saturdays to avoid difficulty with social distancing from our routine patient appointments.
The clinics will be on the following days:
- Saturday 10th of October
- Saturday 7th of November
On the flu clinic days…
- If you are unwell or have any fever or coronavirus symptoms, you must not attend.
- Please arrive at your booked appointment time – do not come too early or at a random time as we do not want any overcrowding.
- You will need to wear a face covering which covers your nose and mouth
- You will need to queue with strict social distancing using a one-way route through the building.
If you are in one of the at risk groups or over the age of 65 then please contact the surgery on 01692 403015 to book into one of our flu clinic days.
Department of Health guidance forms the main basis for the eligibility criteria shown above. Criteria are subject to change according to latest medical guidance and eligibility for flu jabs is at the discretion of the clinician based on their clinical judgement
