A primary care network consists of groups of medical practices working together with a range of local providers, to offer more personalised, coordinated health and social care to their local populations.

We are a member of a Primary Care Network called “NN2” made up from practices in Aldborough, Cromer, Mundesley and both surgeries in North Walsham.
