Our aim is for patients to have access to our website 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, to contact us or send us queries.
All clinical queries are dealt with by a GP and due to the success of the service, unfortunately there are times when we do not have sufficient medical staff to safely process all enquiries. It is essential they are dealt with in a timely way to ensure nothing needing urgent attention is missed.
When we reach capacity, we will switch off certain forms from being used or sent to us. All queries that are received, will be acknowledged (by email) and they will be dealt with. Switching off access to some forms may occur overnight (most commonly) or sometimes for longer periods. During these peak times, patients are asked to telephone us on 01692 403015.
