When somebody has a stroke, every second that goes by is crucial. As brain tissue and millions of neurons begin to die, time could not be more precious.
The national #Precioustime campaign aims to raise awareness of stroke signs and the benefits of timely access to emergency medical care.
The message is still the same, if you suspect someone might be having a stroke, think FAST. Has their Face drooped? Do they have Arm weakness? And do they have Speech difficulties? If so, it’s Time to call 999
